“It’s So Fabulous!” DIY PROJECT of the Week: I discovered the CUTEST Do-It-Yourself project on the websites of fellow-bloggers, Patricia Gray and Content in a Cottage!

If you have ever wished to own a famous Hermès Kelly bag of your own – with a price tag as grand as the waiting list to purchase one! – then this project will be one after your own heart!

The Kelly bag is appropriately named after stunning actress and then Princess of Monaco, Grace Kelly. In 1956, she shielded her pregnant belly from the paparazzi with her famous Hermès bag.

You can make your own PAPER Hermes bag from two sheets of card stock, then hand-paint your creation like the ones pictured below! These little bags make perfect place card holders or packaging for small gifts. A presentation such as this is certain to make any recipient to feel extra-special and appreciated!
