T.G.I.F. “Thank Goodness It’s So Fabulous!”

THIS FABULOUS FRIDAY I HAVE FOUND…

“It’s So Fabulous!” BLOGGER and HOME FURNISHINGS LINE of the Week: While in attendance at the New York International Gift Fair last week, I was thrilled and delighted to meet fellow design blogger, CocoCozy! If you have never read her blog, you are truly missing out! Click HERE to go there now. Her posts are equally as witty and inspirational as her personality! I ran into “Coco” in her booth, where she was showcasing the launch of her first home furnishings collections. The line is completely FABULOUS, and I am looking forward to incorporating some of her products into my future designs! Congratulations, Coco… VERY WELL DONE! And thank you, also, for mentioning Knotting Hill Interiors in your blog!

“It’s So Fabulous!”  TECHNOLOGY of the Week: Have any of you ever heard of a “vook”?! I recently learned all about them, and I am SO excited at the possibly of writing a vook of my own in the coming months! So, what IS a vook?! Check out the description (below) that describes this fabulously intriguing new technology….

“A vook is a new innovation in reading that blends a well-written book, high-quality video and the power of the Internet into a single, complete story. You can read your book, watch videos that enhance the story and connect with authors and your friends through social media all on one screen, without switching between platforms.”

“It’s So Fabulous!” ONLINE DESIGN MAGAZINE of the Week: A brand new “online only” design magazine, called High Gloss, launched its premiere issue this week! (Click HERE to read it!)  Paloma Contreas, the Houston-based founder of La Dolce Vita, has been hot on the blog scene since 2007! However, only recently did she take the plunge into the challenging world of of online magazines.

To learn more about this fabulous new magazine, CLICK HERE to read Paloma’s guest blogger interview conducted by ShelterPop. In her own words, she describes the premise of her new venture as, “Our style is glamorous and eclectic, and I think you’ll notice the Southern and West Coast roots of most of our editors are also a big influence. Rather than focusing mainly on interiors, we’ll also have features rooted in fashion, travel and entertaining. We will also have some celebrity features from time to time.”

WELCOME, HIGH GLOSS!
