I love reading Slim Paley’s blog posts (especially on Sundays, for some reason?), because her writing style is just so fun and engaging! This particular post is all about everything in shades of plum and violet…. from fashion to food to art to decor… it’s all there! Very entertaining!

I enjoy reading blog posts that are written about a unique topic, such as this one…. lamp finials. You know, the little “toppers” that stick out above lamp shades? Well, this post, written by Jennifer Boles, is all about a new line of chic finials created by designer, Hillary Thomas. They definitely add a new twist to an often forgotten element of design.

In Holly’s blog post, she shares all of her insights – and tons of fabulous photos! – of bluestone pavers as an outdoor landscape element! She gives all of the reasons that this type of stone may be the perfect choice for an outdoor space.

I don’t know about you, but I love seeing before-and-after photos of a redesigned space! Tobi does a fabulous job in this post of showing all of the changes and upgrades made to this home. And what a HUGE difference! WOW!
